We are a new ownership group and been in this business since 2011.
- NAPERVILLE WEST: This role is open because our current manager wants to go to school & we love that for her! However, now we need to find someone to take over operation and managing this location.
- SOUTH ELGIN: Our manager left in January to purse another role.
- NAPERVILLE EAST: Our current manager helps mentor other locations and we want her to do more of that, so we need to find someone to take over running this location!
We are looking for people who have managed before, this is a huge must for this role. Other wants for this position would be that you truly want & like coaching others, you are comfortable with professional development for yourself, and you're able to show up with good outlook on the day.
We want to teach you about us and want you to teach us how to be better as we work together on this new role we offer in our locations.
