Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing creative and innovative recruitment solutions to attract top talent for various positions within the organization
• Providing assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job boards or websites, reviewing applications and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Acting as the primary interviewer during the job interview process.
• Recommend insight into applicants, pending executive approval, and assisting with the completion of the hiring and on-boarding processes.
• Maintaining all associates files.
• Making retention calls to current associates.
• Assist the HR department with other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to exercise great initiative and independent judgement.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Knowledge of recruitment process
• Willingness to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines as necessary.
• Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detailed-oriented manner.

Qualifications:

• Acceptable Criminal Background Check
• Valid Driver's License
• Flexible schedule to work outside normal business hours
