We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our procurement operations to ensure seamless and effective purchasing processes. Your expertise in SAP and experience entering purchase orders are critical to succeeding in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain purchase orders accurately in SAP.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate terms, and monitor delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and streamline workflows.
- Maintain organized records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP and purchase order management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
