**Payroll Administrator **

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to oversee our payroll department and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in processing multi-state payrolls using PAYCOM, with a proven track record in payroll management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in multiple states.
• Oversee the preparation of payroll journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to maintain accurate employee records, including new hires and terminations.
• Must be experienced in using Paycom.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and other statutory deductions.
• Conduct audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide support for accounting as needed, ensuring alignment between payroll and financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.

Qualifications

• Paycom experience is required.
• Proven experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies in data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
