The company is a Y Combinator funded startup focused on revolutionizing the skincare industry. We are creating a clinical skincare brand aimed at solving issues related to darker skin. Think: hyperpigmentation, melasma, ingrowns, and dark circles. This segment of the population has traditionally been ignored but it represents almost 40% of the multibillion dollar industry. We are founded by two Harvard graduates and our products are created with Harvard Medical School doctors of color. We are funded and looking to grow our team. We are launching in Sephora in July, and just raised a $3M Seed fundraising round. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer with a deep understanding of Meta Ads to drive growth for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands . You should have a proven track record of optimizing ad performance, improving key metrics, and scaling campaigns profitably . Agency experience is a plus, but hands-on expertise in Meta’s advertising ecosystem is a must.
