WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduating senior (May 2025) or a recent graduate with 0-3 years of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the finance industry with a commercial real estate focus. We are a power team seeking A-players who strive for excellence.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Real Estate Investment Analyst will play an integral role in all processes of the life cycle of the assets, including underwriting, acquisition, repositioning and sale.  Analysts will be supported with hands-on training, working closely with senior investment professionals with the opportunity to quickly participate in decisions, and will have the ability to make an immediate impact in a fast-growing team. The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Marketing Plans: Developing comprehensive marketing plans for properties, including target audience identification, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Content Creation: Producing compelling marketing materials (brochures, flyers, website content, social media posts) that showcase property strengths.
  • Digital Marketing: Managing online listings, running targeted ad campaigns, and utilizing social media to reach potential buyers/tenants.
  • Branding: Maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing efforts.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Client Collaboration: Working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Broker Support: Providing marketing support to brokers and leasing agents.
  • Presentations: Delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders on market trends and property performance.

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising, Business, Commercial Real Estate, or a related field. Postgraduate education is a plus. 
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Motivated self-starter with an ability to stay organized and multi-task.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Strong ethics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and real estate valuation principles is a plus.
