Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to Associate Counselors
- Offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Communicate regularly with referral sources and other providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans
- Stay informed about psychopharmacology and medical documentation
- Collect and analyze data related to treatment progress
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships
- Work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor
- Experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical and legal standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $70.00 - $105.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
- Minimum of 3 supervisions per week
- 15-40 hours per week
Schedule Options:
- Choose your own hours
- Day shift, evening shift, and night shift options
- Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Work Setting:
- Remote, Telehealth
