🎨 What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Design & Animation

🎯 Create high-impact animations for text, title screens, callouts, and logo reveals.
🎨 Design custom illustrations and bring them to life with smooth motion graphics.
🚀 Transform static content into dynamic, engaging visuals.
🎬 Craft eye-catching intros, seamless transitions, and polished outros for videos.

Project Execution

📝 Work closely with instructional designers to align animations with learning objectives.
📜 Turn storyboards and scripts into captivating animations.
📱 Optimize designs for various platforms and screen sizes.
⏳ Meet deadlines while delivering top-tier quality.
🔄 Iterate based on client feedback and revision requests.

Technical Implementation

🎞️ Integrate motion graphics into video content for smooth storytelling.
🛠️ Develop reusable templates for efficiency.
🎨 Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
💾 Optimize animations for various digital platforms.

Collaboration

🤝 Work with video editors, instructional designers, and content specialists.
💡 Contribute creative ideas to visual communication challenges.

Required Skills

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Suite ,  After Effects, Figma and DaVinci Resolve.
🎨 A strong portfolio showcasing your animation magic.
⏳ Excellent understanding of animation principles and timing.
📚 Experience in explaining complex concepts visually.
🎯 Ability to work within brand guidelines while adding your creative touch.
🧐 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

🎞️ 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design.
📚 Background in educational content or explainer videos.
🖥️ Experience with SaaS or tech-related projects.
🎭 Character animation skills are a huge plus!
🤖 Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney or DALL·E for asset creation.
