At Jung and Company, we specialize in direct marketing and providing excellent sales strategies to meet the demands of our growing client base. Our Sales Representatives work face-to-face with customers to represent and market products, creating personalized connections and driving revenue in Pittsburgh and nearby markets.

THE JOB:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will track market trends to develop and execute successful outreach campaigns, establish new customer accounts, and gain comprehensive knowledge of the industry. This role is ideal for those aiming to kickstart their career in business, marketing, and sales in a goal-oriented environment.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee promotional events to increase brand awareness
• Provide excellent client experiences to ensure new and continued business
• Communicate ideas and improvements with peers and upper-management
• Stay up to date on client product knowledge and company metrics and standards

EXTROVERTS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY; NO EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEM:
This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All junior team members go through a paid training program with our leadership core.
