The Graphic Design & Web Associate merges graphic design expertise with hands-on digital content management to support innovative projects. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented creative who enjoys designing across various platforms while also handling website updates and other digital tasks. We’re looking for a deadline-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to creative projects across various mediums while also supporting the operational aspects of our digital presence.
Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) is an independent healthcare organization that prides itself on being innovative and nimble to adapt quickly to an ever-changing healthcare environment. As part of our marketing team, the Graphic Design & Web Associate will work closely with the design and digital teams to translate business needs into compelling visuals while maintaining brand standards. This role involves not only creating strong designs, but also managing digital content updates as needed. This team member will collaborate on projects for TCO and the other brands we support, such as Training HAUS, Revo Health, and i-Health. The team’s work spans day-to-day business requests, print and digital projects, and cross-platform campaigns, making it perfect for someone eager to learn, deliver their best work, and expand their skillset beyond traditional design tasks.
This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington.
Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions Design Execution (75% of Role)- Conceptualize, design, and produce across all marketing communication platforms including print, digital, social, experiential, and events.
- Execute multiple concepts under a singular vision, as directed by the Senior Art Director
- Ability to produce deliverables that are professional, polished, and support best practices while following brand guidelines
- Present ideas effectively, both verbally and visually, to Senior Art Director and others
- Take action from creative direction and feedback from others
- Pre-flight design assets for external print vendors and manage creative updates on print vendor storefronts as needed
Web Execution and Online Directory Management (25% of Role)- Review and publish patient testimonials to website(s)
- Execute on website requests for content updates as needed
- Update photos and headshots for physician and location listings
- Update hours, closures, and other details for online listings in a timely manner as needed
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Education And Experience Requirements - 2+ years of design experience
- BFA, BA or BS in Graphic Design required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple media types
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understating of typography, layout, and design hierarchy
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and UX/UI is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and handle shifting priorities
- Strong organization, self-directing, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet open to feedback, guidance, and constructive criticism.
- Willingness to be flexible with tasks on a day-to-day basis and evolve role as required by the needs of the team
Essential Requirements Ability to:
