This is a remote position.

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Transcribers to join our remote team. In this role, you will transcribe audio recordings with a focus on aviation-related content while adhering to strict formatting and confidentiality guidelines. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong listening and typing skills who can work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio files ranging from a few minutes to 25 minutes in length.
  
• Edit and format transcriptions according to project-specific guidelines.
  
• Identify and label different speakers within the audio.
  
• Ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in English (US).
  
• Interest or background in the aviation industry is preferred.
  
• Previous transcription experience is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
  
• Good typing speed and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Availability for 20-40 hours per week.
