We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Trainee to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn about all aspects of marketing and gain hands-on experience. As a Marketing Trainee, you will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, and other key tasks, all while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
• Help with the development of marketing materials, including email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content.
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.
• Aid in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns through tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Help maintain and update the company website and social media accounts with fresh content.
• Collaborate with the team on brainstorming sessions, campaign strategies, and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and gain insights into the overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
• Strong interest in marketing and eagerness to learn about the field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
