About the Role

We are hiring multiple Business Development Representatives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Recruitment or staffing experience is a plus, but not required -if you have a strong background in sales, business development, or account management , you can quickly excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute sales strategies to engage new clients and drive business growth.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients based on their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach via cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM , leaving notes, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Provide market insights to leadership regarding client trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct virtual meetings & presentations to introduce our recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to enhance sales performance and refine strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to position our services effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Advanced English proficiency (Speaking, Reading & Writing) American Accent is highly preferred
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (Required)
  • Recruitment or staffing experience is a plus but NOT required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Comfortable using CRMs and other sales tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet & backup connection (if possible)
  • High-quality headset and working computer
  • A quiet, professional workspace

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST

(Night shift in the Philippines EST Business Hours)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 35,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month

Additional Commission: 25,000.00 - 60,000.00 or more, depending on performance

Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Required)

Advanced English Language Skills (Required)

Recruitment or Staffing Industry Experience (Preferred but NOT required)
