Job Description



As a Revit Technician on our Industrial Team, you will play a key role in our design and documentation processes for data centers and telecom co-location facilities.  You will utilize Revit to produce high-quality models.  The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for various industrial projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards and guidelines 

  • Prepare and manage construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using Revit 

  • BIM Management: Assist in the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards with the project team 

  • Coordination: Coordinate with technical lead and QA/QC team to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts within the model, including clashes 

Qualifications



You bring to the team: 

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task. 

  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team. 

  • Associate’s/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 

  • Certification in Revit or other relevant BIM software preferred but not required 

  • General knowledge in HVAC/Plumbing construction methods and best practices 

  • 3+ years of experience, with proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD considered a plus
